Eight Programmes Underpinning the Whole Pipeline
The flagship programmes of the DHK-STP Grand Strategy 2026–2030 — the framework for every open call, training course, and partnership agenda below.
A single data system covering all inventions, tenants, products, facilities, partners, transactions, sales, royalties, and impact.
A cross-directorate programme moving selected products from validation to commercial readiness within 6–18 months.
Formation of invention-based startups using the inventor–CEO model, with governance, targets, and venture building support.
A network of internal and external facilities for prototyping, pilot batches, QC, certification, costing, and scale-up.
Portfolio packaging, valuation, technology promotion, negotiation, and transaction closing.
The STP as a place for real-world trials, co-creation, demonstration, and technology adoption.
Milestone-based funding and investment readiness for the priority portfolio.
Connecting innovation in South Sulawesi and Eastern Indonesia with industry, government, investors, and markets.
Open Calls and Activities
Tenant Incubation Batch VII
Six months of support for early-stage research-based startups: business model, customer validation, and STP facility access.

Early funding and support for forming spin-offs from faculty research.
Pre-Investment Acceleration
An intensive three-month programme for ventures preparing their first funding round.
CEO School
A business leadership course for founders and prospective spin-off directors: finance, operations, and corporate governance.
Production Readiness Bootcamp
A short course on production cost calculation, quality control, and product regulatory compliance.
Industry Business Matching
One-on-one sessions between inventors, tenants, and curated industry partners by sector.
Demo Day & Investor Forum
Investment-ready ventures pitching to investors, corporations, and funding institutions.
Product Downstreaming Grant
Cost support for product refinement, testing, certification, and pilot-scale production runs.
Industry Matching Fund
A co-funding scheme for co-development between Unhas laboratories and industry partners.
CEO School
Many spin-offs stall not because the technology is weak, but because no one is ready to lead the company. CEO School prepares founders and prospective directors to master finance, operations, sales, and the governance of research-based companies.
Mentored by Practitioners Who Run Their Own Businesses
Four Startup Academy mentors accompany tenants throughout the incubation cycle: from sharpening the business model to production readiness and opening markets. Support runs regularly through product clinics and one-to-one sessions.
